Alberto has been great to work with. He accommodated my last minute inquiry on a late Friday afternoon. He made time at the end of his work day to come by and look at an issue with the venting of my air conditioner. His experience was apparent, he identified the problem quickly and provided a fix that was cost effective and just what I needed.

I called Alberto on Sunday around 4pm to ask if he was available during the week to inspect our A/C that had stopped blowing cool air. Instead, Alberto and Cairo were at our house in 30 mins on a Sunday! They were friendly and professional, and pricing was very reasonable. We had cool air within 1 hr 1/2 of him diagnosing and replacing parts. My family and I are so thankful to know there are still companies out there that care about customers, NOT just making money. We will continue to call and highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs.

I was looking to install a new AC and heater unit for my home, and reached out to multiple HVAC vendors on Thumbtack. John and Alberto were prompt to come over to look at the house, and were very detailed in looking at various options to install the unit. They ended up giving me the best quote, and scheduled a time to work on the installation in the same week.
Alberto brought in a professional electrician to do the electrical work and worked on the AC unit himself. When there was a hiccup with the installation, Alberto and John quickly figured out a workaround and implemented the cleanest solution. The job was completed in a total of 6-8 hours, whereas other vendors had quoted 2 days of work.
Alberto and John are thorough professionals and are very knowledgeable about HVAC installation. I am pleased with their service, and would definitely recommend hiring them for any HVAC work.

Found them through Thumbtack, John and Alberto were prompt in answering our questions and providing an estimate. They were very reasonable and provided an estimate that was half of what other folks were quoting us! Alberto explained all the process and answered all questions before starting the work. They did miss something in their process to start everything back up, but found it and fixed it, else it would have cost us a lot more(won’t deduct a star for that since it may also have been something unusual that the previous HVAC guy did, worth giving them the benefit of doubt). They checked everything after completion ensuring everything works as expected. John was also prompt in answering our questions and providing paperwork as needed. We will definitely reach out to them for future needs.

An inspection was completed and was done quickly. Alberto was there on time and provided me with good information about my system.
